Intellectual Property Cells
When it comes to the decision to spend money on a Mixed-Signal-ASIC design people tend
to ask for existing knowledge or analog IP cells to reduce design time and risk.
The challenge is that the world is analog and it changes every bit of a second.
There are no standard analog cells!
If an application is the least bit demanding, it will always be necessary to either
modifying previously used blocks or designing new ones. In either case the ASIC designer
needs to work on the device level, connecting together transistors, resistors and
small capacitors.
Do not hesitate to ask us to take a look at your design idea. There are always several
solutions to a challenge in IC design and to find the optimal one can only be accomplished
by discussion. This is FREE OF CHARGE.
The following listing represents only SOME of the IP cells that are available at PE
for ASIC designs. They are not available in netlist format or as soft IP but PE sells
them as hard macro IP to selected customers.
This list grows continuously as new cells are being developed or
existing cells are being improved or changed.
